2. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return

  4. Ship the item back to us using the provided return label or your preferred carrier
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product)

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@unkonwnlark.shop with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation, please first check your bank account or credit card statement. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 9. Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
